Our Story
Evergreen Pay Equity was founded in 2025 by Brandon Lafferty with the goal of bringing high-quality pay equity analyses to small and mid-size companies around Minnesota.
Brandon has a Master’s Degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology and 5+ years working in various Human Resources roles, including pay equity and compensation work.
We believe at Evergreen Pay Equity that caring for employees is one of the best ways to set companies apart from their competition while simultaneously building a workplace that employees want to be a part of.
